Sometimes I wonder why

I have 2 awesome surprises today :) I read ExtraPetite's blog today and found out about the Rock & Republic blushes deal on their official website! I've always wanted to try their blushes, especially hearing what people have said about their amazing quality. However, their regular price of $40 each is way too high for me... I actually find the price a bit steep even with the Hautelook deal at about $20 a blush.

X-Rated / Seduce

I just got the above 2 blushes for $18.01 including tax and shipping. Just go to their official site. Sign up and invite a friend to get $25 credit. This credit can only be used with minimum purchase of $75. Choose your items, check out, then use promotional code "ROCKCOSMETICS" to get additional 50% off!!! Right now, shipping is only $0.99 for US residents. For us Canadians, sadly, it's $22. However, I'm getting it shipped to my friend who lives in New York and will be visiting in 2 weeks :) I can't wait for my new blushes!

I randomly brought up Moroccan Oil tonight in front of my mom and sister. I said that I kind of want to try it but the price is pretty expensive. To my surprise, my sister said she received it as her birthday gift from her friend just last week. Her friend's family owns a salon, that's probably why she can afford such a gift. She probably just took it from the store LOL The original set includes 3 things, but my sister's only comes with 2... not sure why, we're suspecting that her friend decided to just include 2, and use the other 1 for her own use haha but nonetheless, this is an awesome gift :) And even better, my sister gave the set to me since this doesn't interest her that much. The 2 items I got are the Moroccan Oil Treatment for all hair type, and the Intense Hydrating Mask for dry and damaged hair. Now I don't consider my hair as dry and damaged... but we'll see how that goes. I will do a review after I've used it a few times. I can't wait until I use this either!!!

Sometimes I wonder why beauty products make me so happy :S

Can't wait to see the actual blushes :P
When I tried to add the items to my cart it wouldn't allow me to type in a promotional code for the 50$ off..even when I added 2 blushes to my cart :\ I guess I'm not fated to have R&R blushes lol

I agree that $20 a blush is still pretty steep; $40 retail is just plain ridiculous >.<

I LOVE the smell of Moroccan oil, which the stylist applied to my hair after getting my hair dyed. I wanted to buy it but talked to another stylist at a hair salon and they said that it contains silicon in it ;-/ I'm looking forward to reading your review on it because that factor is a big repellent in me purchasing it !
